First anniversary of IATA membership
Onur Air had become an IATA member on 15 May 2007 and marked the first anniversary of its membership last month.
The company successfully passed the IOSA (Operation Safety Audit Program) on 2 April 2007, and subsequently applied for IATA membership.
The company broke a new ground and was accepted as a member in a period of time as short as 1.5 months.
