Check-in
You need to complete the check-in procedures 30 minutes prior to departure time. Passengers who fail to complete luggage and check-in procedures until 30 minutes before the departure time lose all their rights in relation to that specific flight, and no money is refunded. Passengers are required to produce an ID at check-in; otherwise they will not be allowed to board the plane.
